  • If a debit/credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card for the total anticipated amount, including estimated incidentals, until checkout. This hold may not be released for up to 72 hours after checkout, or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
     
Payment Policy: A prepayment of 100% of the total amount will be charged anytime after the reservation is processed.

Cancellation Policy:
For Restricted Rates (with Discount): The rate is non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.
For Regular Rates (without Discount): Hotel's predefined cancellation rules apply.

  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Candlelight dinner and massage will be offered only once during the stay.
  • Any changes in taxes, levies, or charges will be applicable and will be additional as per the rates during the stay.
  • Rates are not applicable during festive dates or national holidays.
  • Any bookings made through online or voice channels for overlapping dates will be considered group travel. Such bookings may be cancelled without notice before check-in, and additional charges may apply if identified after check-in.
